Oh, yeah, we've all been there. Crying like the world is going to end. Feeling like you've been completely wrung out and too tired to sleep.

It doesn't have to be that way. You can win back your ex. If you know the right way to go about it. Do it the wrong way and they're gone forever. Do it the right way and it's a case a "happily ever after."

I know which one I'd prefer.

Sometimes, though, you have to let 'em go. It's actually better for you in the long run. Really it is. It might seem hard right now, but you have to be really, really, really honest with yourself. "Is your ex THE ONE?"

Or are you deluding yourself?

Be very, very careful before you decide to try and get your ex back. Be sure that you're making a rational decision and not just one that's based on not wanting to be alone. There ARE plenty more fish in the sea.
