Get a Better Body and Get More Action!

It's no secret that if you want to get laid more, you have to look after yourself at least a little. You don't have to look like Brangelina to pull, but if you're 100 pounds overweight, have yellow teeth and breath that'd slay a camel at 50 paces, not to mention toenails from Hell, and acne like a teenager on a chocolate binge... it's gonna be a bit difficult for you to get any nookie.

But you know that! C'mon!

Fortunately, I'm sure that's not the case for you. Or, indeed, for most people. Most of us just need to go to the gym more often, or do some yoga, or at the very least go for a walk a few times a week. Combined with scoffing down less junk food and paying a bit more attention to our personal grooming. It's really NOT necessary to look like a model.

Do that and you're a cut above most of the competition right from the word "Go"!
